    I am seeking a detail\-oriented Office Assistant/Client Relations Coordinator to join my real estate companies. The ideal candidate will have experience with various administrative tasks and possess excellent organizational skills. The majority of the work will be done in our property management portion of the business. I am a local real estate agent who helps client buy, sell and invest in property, manage a portfolio of 25\+ properties throughout Cincinnati and Dayton and also purchase, rehab and sell properties in those same areas. Although this position will mainly handle the property management portion of the business, there will be other tasks in all other areas as well.

    Having your real estate license or the desire to obtain it is a huge plus and may result in more income\-earning options (scholarships available for real estate classes). There are no direct benefits such as health insurance, 401k, paid time off, etc. However, the schedule is VERY flexible and can be arranged to meet your needs.

    \\Responsibilities:\\

    \- Perform data entry tasks using software such as Google suite of products, KW Command, Hemlane Property Management software, DocuSign, Quickbooks.

    \- Provide customer support via text, call and email.

    \- Assist with office management duties including paying vendors, tracking expenses paid,

    \- Handle real estate administrative tasks including providing notices to current tenants, arranging maintenance service, occasional property site visits.

    \- Support the team with general administrative tasks

    \- Assist in maintaining office organization; specifically keeping owner's tasks managed and prioritized

    \- Basic accounting including categorizing expenses in Quickbooks and managing 2 bank account transactions.

    \\Requirements:\\

    \- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive within a 45 mile range of Miamisburg, OH. Usually 4\-8 times per month.

    \- Experience with data entry and customer service required

    \- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle appropriately

    \- Capable of learning new systems and software relatively easily and self\-taught

    \- Strong customer service skills for effective communication

    \- Knowledge of basic office management procedures

    \- Familiarity with property manangement or leasing is a plus but not required

    \- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively as well as work alone without supervision or direction

    \- Experience as a personal assistant, clerk, or in an administrative role is beneficial

    Job Type: Part\-time

    Pay: $15\.75 \- $16\.50 per hour
