Turf Master Inc / Seasonal Outdoor Supply, a Retail Sales \& Landscaping Services company in Johnston, RI, is currently seeking an Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper for IMMEDIATE HIRE! This is NOT a remote position. Person selected will be expected to be in our office onsite a minimum of 8 hours per day Monday thru Friday. Additional hours may be available.

MUST HAVE QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll processing. We use Quickbooks Pro Plus Desktop. Applicants invited to interview will be tested on their abilities in Quickbooks. Other duties will include assisting in the office with: Inbound/Outbound Phone Calls, Document/Email Preparation, Customer Service, etc.

Our company provides customer sales \& services for Landscape Services, Materials, Equipment, and Dumpster Rentals, from spring thru fall, then transitions into snowplowing services and retail/commercial sales of winter products including ice melt , snow plows, and other snow and ice control materials and equipment from Fall thru early Spring!

Position is full\-time, minimum of 40 hours per week (overtime may be available if interested). There are many facets requiring excellence in multi\-tasking and paying attention to detail.

Applicants should be personable, reliable, and enjoy working with people. Good communication skills are necessary. Must have reliable transportation. MUST HAVE Experience using Quickbooks Desktop Software and MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)! Landscaping knowledge is a big plus. Pay is hourly and will be determined by abilities \& skill level. Benefits include various bonus incentives, employee discount, plus health and dental insurance for full time employees . Summary

In this role, you will be essential in managing administrative tasks and providing outstanding customer service. Reporting to the Owner, your expertise in Quickbooks and Microsoft Office will enable you to handle administrative \& bookkeeping tasks effectively. Additionally, your customer support experience will enhance client interactions, ensuring satisfaction and fostering positive relationships. We look forward to you joining our team!.

Pay: $20\.00 \- $30\.00 per hour
