Job Purpose: The Administrative Assistant provides day\-to\-day administrative and logistical support to executives, enabling smooth scheduling, communication, and document management.
The Administrative Assistant will thrive in a fast\-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment. As a valued member of the team, your communication skills will foster and maintain professional relationships with AHP leadership and community stakeholders. Job Functions
- Calendar management and scheduling
- Travel coordination
- Meeting logistics and expense tracking
- Document formatting and preparation
- Handle emails and phone communications
- Coordinate meeting materials
- Maintain files and records
- Take meeting notes
- Prepare basic materials
- Distribute documents
- Support administrative workflows
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Maintain organization of executive material
- Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2\+ years administrative experience or equivalent education
- Excellent computer proficiency \- expert Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple tasks with set deadlines
- Experience handling confidential information \- exercises good judgement and discretion while maintaining confidentiality of information and documents
- Willing to work overtime as needed in urgent situations
