Bowstring Studios is a global content studio creating video content for brands and agency partners of all types. Our teams work primarily remotely, with the majority in the greater Philadelphia area.
Bowstring is seeking a full\-time Finance Manager. The Finance Manager has responsibility for the proper stewardship of all financial resources and financial operations, reporting to the President.
Major responsibilities include:
- QC bi\-weekly payroll through our PEO partner
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding of team members, as required
- Ensure financial information is provided promptly to outside accounting firm and assist with general ledger coding of deposits and accounts payable
- Oversight of bookkeeping assistant who manages A/P function
- Accounts Receivable invoicing and collections
- Process 401(k) and pension plan contributions and redemptions
- Working with our accounting firm, prepare and submit monthly and quarterly tax filings
- Monthly reporting to Executive Team
- Develop and manage annual budget
