- Customer/Retailerportal work including but not limited to:
- Sales forecast submissions (entry not creation) into MPG and client systems
- Entry/Upload of client information, content, and assets for Retailer.com
- Certain client communication as approved by Sales Manager and Sales Director
- Navigating MPG \& client systems to find information required for portal work and other required responsibilities (spec sheets, price lists, images, etc.)
- Client system work for deduction and claims management
- Simple reporting as outlined by sales manager and sales director
- Meeting attendance for training, informational purposes, and note taking as outlined by sales manager and sales director
- Backup coverage for other Sales Support Specialist as and when required

- Minimum \- High School Diploma/GED and at least 1 year experience in a retail sales environment
- Experience with MS Office Suite \& MS Teams

- College Degree or 3\+ years in a retail sales environment
- Data Entry Experience/ working with Database systems

Position Overview
The Sales Support Specialist role would take on a variety of administrative responsibilities to support our sales team and allow them to focus on strategic growth for our clients. Sales Support Specialists work closely with the direct MPG sales team but also partner closely with client and customer contacts. The position requires an organized candidate with a high attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
+ - BMAs may cover several retailers and several portals \& systems
+ New item setups
+ Display and shipper setup
+ Pricing submissions and maintenance
+ Promotional contract \& deal submissions
+ Deduction claims, backups and additional client support for claims management and dispute resolution
+ PO status reporting and tracking
+ Inventory status and reporting
+ Logistics tracking support (when required)
