Position Overview

Kikta is hiring a full\-time, W2 Clinical Supervisor providing both outpatient clinical services and clinical supervision within the organization.
This is a hybrid leadership role combining direct client care with clinical supervision and consultation. The Clinical Supervisor supports clinicians in delivering effective, ethical, and evidence\-based care while assisting the Clinical Manager or Director in maintaining clinical quality and professional development across the organization.
This role is focused on clinical supervision and clinician support, not administrative management. The Clinical Supervisor does not function as a manager responsible for performance management, disciplinary action, or operational oversight. Instead, this role provides clinical guidance, mentorship, and consultation.
The position includes a reduced clinical caseload alongside supervision responsibilities.
The Clinical Supervisor works closely with the Clinical Manager and Director to support clinician development, clinical decision\-making, and professional growth within Kikta’s structured practice environment.

Typical annual compensation ranges from $75,000\-$90,000, depending on experience, licensure, and supervisory responsibilities.

- Master’s degree from an accredited program in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field
- Active Colorado DORA license in one of the following:
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Minimum 3 years post\-graduate clinical experience
- Training in clinical supervision consistent with Colorado supervision regulations
- Experience supervising clinicians, candidates, or trainees preferred
- Experience using evidence\-based modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR or similar approaches
- Strong understanding of trauma\-informed care
- Skill in crisis intervention and lethality assessment
- Comfort using electronic health records and completing clinical documentation
- Medicaid and insurance credentialing experience preferred
