WA state OT license required.
We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) for a part\-time, fully remote telehealth position. This role is ideal for a clinician who values flexibility, works well independently, and has prior experience providing outpatient pediatric OT—especially with children who have neurodevelopmental differences.
This is not a “plug\-and\-play” telehealth role. We are looking for a thoughtful therapist who understands how to engage children and coach parents effectively through a screen, and who takes ownership of their caseload while staying connected to a supportive team.
About Our Clinic
We are a growing pediatric outpatient clinic providing OT, PT and SLP services to children ages 0–15. Our work extends beyond the clinic to include private schools, home\-based services, teacher consultation, and parent support programs.
Our areas of specialty include:
- Sensory integration
- Feeding therapy
- Autistic communication styles
- Reflex integration
- Infant and newborn feeding support
- Functional skill development across daily routines
- Provide virtual evaluations and treatment sessions via telehealth
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver interventions that support participation in daily routines and functional skills
- Collaborate with OT, SLP, and administrative team members as needed
- Coach parents/caregivers on strategies, progress, and home programs
- Complete timely and accurate documentation and adjust plans of care as appropriate
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Prior outpatient pediatric OT experience
- Experience with or strong comfort using telehealth platforms
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote role
- Availability to start within one month
- Remote / work\-from\-home
- Supportive clinical leadership and collaborative team culture
- Opportunity to work meaningfully with children and families without full\-time hours
- Flexible schedule
We are deeply committed to high\-quality care, clinical integrity, and team collaboration, while also supporting each team member’s professional goals.
