    Summary/Objective:

As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will serve as the technical lead for our Salesforce platform, bridging the gap between basic administration and programmatic development. You will own the declarative architecture of the system, specifically focusing on designing and building complex automations using Flow Builder. You will work closely with our Salesforce Developers and stakeholders to architect scalable solutions, replace legacy automation, and ensure our instances are performance\-optimized. This role requires a "solution\-first" mindset, capable of diagnosing intricate issues and building high\-performance, low\-code solutions that support critical business operations.

Key Responsibilities:* Advanced Automation \& Flow Development

+ Own the "Click\-Not\-Code" Strategy: Architect, build, and maintain complex flows (Screen, Record\-Triggered, Schedule\-Triggered, and Autolaunched) to automate intricate business logic.

+ Flow Optimization: Audit and refactor existing automations for performance and scalability; troubleshoot and debug complex Flow errors with precision.

+ Advanced Configuration: Utilize Custom Metadata Types, Custom Settings, and Custom Labels to build flexible and maintainable applications without hard\-coding references.

+ Manage Salesforce integrations with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

    * Solution Architecture \& Data Management

+ Solution Design: Translate business requirements into well\-architected technical solutions. Determine the right tool for the job: knowing when to use standard features, Flows, or when to hand off to Developers for Apex/LWC.

+ Data Modeling: Design and manage the data model, including custom objects, schema builder, relationship types (Master\-Detail vs. Lookup), and schema optimization to support reporting needs.

+ Security Architecture: Oversee the security model, including complex Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchies, Permission Sets, and Field Level Security to ensure strict data governance.

    * Release Management \& Collaboration

+ DevOps \& Deployment: Manage the release lifecycle using best practices for change management (e.g. DevOps Center, Gearset, or Change Sets), ensuring smooth deployments from Sandboxes to Production.

+ Developer Collaboration: Partner with Salesforce Developers on hybrid solutions (e.g. Flows invoking Apex actions) and coordinate on major projects to minimize technical debt.

+ System Integrity: Conduct regular health checks, monitor system limits, and manage Salesforce release updates (3x/year) to prevent regression issues.

+ Provide ongoing support and training to Salesforce users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform.

+ Serve as the primary liaison between our company and Salesforce support services.

Skills Required:* Expert\-Level Flow Builder: Proven ability to build enterprise\-grade Flows. You should be comfortable with variables, loops, collection variables, and fault paths.

    * Architectural Mindset: Ability to see the "big picture" of how changes impact the entire platform rather than just fixing immediate tickets.

    * Analytical Troubleshooting: Exceptional skills in diagnosing root causes of system errors (e.g., GACKs, CPU time\-out limits, SOQL query limits).

    * Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear options for non\-technical stakeholders (COO, HR, Ops).

  • Must be a self\-motivator and self\-starter.
  • Solid time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast\-paced, team environment.
  • Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
  • Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5\+ years of hands\-on Salesforce Administration experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to building complex automation.
  • * Certifications:

+ Required: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder

+ Preferred: Salesforce Application/System Architect, Data Cloud, Salescloud Consultant, Servicecloud Consultant

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum or Kanban environment is preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge:

  • Deep expertise in
  • Salesforce Flow is non\-negotiable.

  • Familiarity with deployment tools (e.g., DevOps Center, Gearset, Copado) is a plus.
  • Understanding of SOQL and basic database query concepts.
  • Must be proficient with Google Suite.
  • Experience with Google Gmail and Calendar. Expert\-level skills in Documents and Sheets.
  • What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Dynamic and innovative work environment
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development
  • Remote work flexibility
