Position Overview

We are a fast\-growing home improvement company looking for a highly organized and driven Office Manager / Production Manager to support daily operations, manage project flow, and assist leadership. This role is key to keeping projects, finances, and communication running smoothly.

This is NOT a remote position. Must be local to San Diego.

Key Responsibilities

Operations and Project Management

  • Assist CEO in daily operations and business coordination
  • Onboard and manage project managers
  • Schedule and manage city permits and inspections
  • Oversee project timelines and workflow
  • Financial and Administrative

  • Track customer payments, invoices, and receipts (collections)
  • Manage project expenses and calculate job profitability
  • Track and report subcontractor bids, payments, and balances
  • Maintain organized financial and project records
  • Customer Service and Coordination

  • Manage scheduling for appointments, projects, and crews
  • Follow up with clients throughout project lifecycle
  • Ensure clear communication between clients, office, and field teams
  • Marketing and Lead Management

  • Manage social media accounts and basic content posting
  • Track lead sources and submit credit requests
  • Prepare lead performance and result reports
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 2\+ years experience in one or more of the following:
  • project manager, office manager, production manager, office admin, personal assistant, or business admin
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem\-solving skillsHighly Desired
  • PMP certification
  • Project management certification or course completion
  • Construction or home improvement experience
  • Bilingual English / Spanish
  • Hebrew speakers are encouraged to apply
  • Compensation and Structure

  • First month: paid experience period (W9 contract)
  • After 30 days: transition to W2 employment
  • Full\-time or part\-time positions available (students welcome)
