Position Overview
We are a fast\-growing home improvement company looking for a highly organized and driven Office Manager / Production Manager to support daily operations, manage project flow, and assist leadership. This role is key to keeping projects, finances, and communication running smoothly.
This is NOT a remote position. Must be local to San Diego.
Key Responsibilities
Operations and Project Management
- Assist CEO in daily operations and business coordination
- Onboard and manage project managers
- Schedule and manage city permits and inspections
- Oversee project timelines and workflow
- Track customer payments, invoices, and receipts (collections)
- Manage project expenses and calculate job profitability
- Track and report subcontractor bids, payments, and balances
- Maintain organized financial and project records
- Manage scheduling for appointments, projects, and crews
- Follow up with clients throughout project lifecycle
- Ensure clear communication between clients, office, and field teams
- Manage social media accounts and basic content posting
- Track lead sources and submit credit requests
- Prepare lead performance and result reports
- Minimum 2\+ years experience in one or more of the following:
- project manager, office manager, production manager, office admin, personal assistant, or business admin
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem\-solving skillsHighly Desired
- PMP certification
- Project management certification or course completion
- Construction or home improvement experience
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- Hebrew speakers are encouraged to apply
- First month: paid experience period (W9 contract)
- After 30 days: transition to W2 employment
- Full\-time or part\-time positions available (students welcome)
