- You know how to manage cases and deliver excellent legal work — but you’re finished being the paralegal, the marketer, and the collections officer.
- Serve as lead attorney on family law matters from strategy through resolution
- Collaborate with our team of paralegals and legal assistants to support your work
- Delegate effectively and maintain quality control
- Maintain accountability for deadlines, workflow, and client experience
- Appear in court, mediations, and hearings as required
- Collaborate with firm leadership to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Contribute to the growth of the firm
- Is licensed and in good standing with The New Jersey Bar
- Has 7\+ years of family law experience
- Has an existing book of business
- Is comfortable being accountable for basic KPIs
- Values structure, clarity, and support
- Is confident, steady, and emotionally intelligent
- Has a growth mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit
- PA license a plus!

- Base salary starting at $165,000\+ (full\-time, DOE)
