Job Summary
We are seeking an extremely organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented Communications \& Marketing Intern to support our Chief Communications and Marketing Officer (CCMO). This role is ideal for a student looking to develop strong skills in executive communications, content development, and strategic marketing.
The intern will assist with drafting presentations, preparing reports, conducting research, and completing a variety of high impact tasks delegated by the CCMO. This role offers meaningful exposure to senior\-level decision making, organizational strategy, and enterprise\-wide communication initiatives.

Responsibilities\*
* Writing: Draft and refine executive\-level presentations, talking points, visual materials, and internal communications.
* Project management: Manage projects including the overall organization of key initiatives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
* Organization: Support the creation of reports, summaries, dashboards, and briefing documents for leadership and cross\-functional teams.
* Quality assurance: Proofreading, editing, and formatting materials to create consistency and accuracy, and in alignment with Michigan Medicine's brand and style guidelines and the CCMO's tone and voice.
* Support: Manage delegated tasks and projects from the CCMO with professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
* Research: Conduct research to fact check and inform communication and marketing strategies or support special initiatives.

Background Screening
