StayMarquis StayMarquis is a vertically integrated luxury vacation rental operator and asset manager, focused on servicing homeowners and guests in the single\-family rental, short term rental and boutique hotel industries. Our mission is to provide amenity\-rich guest experiences and streamlined, efficient services to vacation homeowners. We do this by leveraging our proprietary technology and data, paired with our local team of “hospitalitarians” seeking to make every guest experience remarkable.
We recently introduced our brokerage and advisory services, providing a 360\-approach to vacation home ownership. With these new offerings, StayMarquis can support its clients across every phase of the real estate lifecycle including acquisition, development, and management of a property.
StayMarquis is currently seeking an Intern Hospitality Admin for our upcoming season (May – September). This role is an excellent introduction to the luxury hospitality and vacation rental industry. The Administrative Assistant will help support daily operations by assisting guests, homeowners, and internal teams while helping ensure a smooth and professional experience across all StayMarquis properties. This role will provide exceptional client service while assisting with operational coordination and administrative support across departments. This position is client\-facing (primarily over the phone) and requires a passion for working with people and helping provide a first\-class experience. StayMarquis is a teamwork\-minded organization, and this role will work closely across multiple teams including Property Administrators, Rental Managers, Account Managers, and Field Operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment where responsiveness, professionalism, and teamwork are essential to delivering a great guest experience.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Answer incoming calls, route them to the appropriate internal contacts, and take messages when necessary
- Provide timely communication by connecting guest and homeowner requests with the appropriate internal teams
- Follow up internally to ensure client calls and requests are returned promptly
- Assist Property Administrators in fulfilling guest and homeowner requests
- Maintain clear communication between guests, homeowners, and internal teams
- Respond to all concerns with enthusiasm, empathy, and warmth
- Provide exceptional customer service to help ensure a positive StayMarquis guest experience
- Support our Field Operations, Rental Managers, Property Administrators, Account Managers, and Travel Specialist teams as needed
- Assist with coordinating guest requests related to housekeeping, maintenance, or concierge services
- Escalate urgent guest or homeowner concerns to the appropriate team for resolution
- Assist with internal tracking, documentation, and organization of guest inquiries
- Carry out general administrative tasks to support daily operations and team initiatives
- Assist with various operational projects during the peak summer season

This role is based out of our Water Mill, NY office off Montauk Hwy.
