Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO/President and Chief Strategy Officer. This role is primarily remote but requires occasional local errand support. The ideal candidate is a self\-starter with excellent communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining strict confidentiality.

The Executive Assistant ensures seamless operations between company leadership and employees, C\-suite executives and both active and prospective clients. This role serves as a critical liaison across all levels of the organization and plays a pivotal role in supporting strategic initiatives and driving the company’s overall success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Executive Support
  • · Manage complex calendars for the CEO/President and Chief Strategy Officer, including scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing meetings.

    · Coordinate and follow up on meeting requests with internal leadership, C\-suite healthcare executives, and external partners.

    · Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and distribute summaries and action items.

    · Track follow\-ups to ensure timely completion of action items and deadlines.

  • Communication \& Correspondence
  • · Draft, send, and respond to internal and external communications on behalf of executives.

    · Communicate professionally via email, phone, text, and video conferencing (e.g., Microsoft Teams).

    · Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and internal teams or external stakeholders.

    · Maintain professionalism and discretion in all communications.

  • Administrative \& Operational Support
  • · Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

    · Organize and maintain digital files and records.

    · Assist with preparing presentations, reports (including completing Executive expense reports), and executive materials.

    · Support special projects as assigned.

  • Local Errand Support (As Needed)
  • · Conduct bank runs with client checks.

    · Pick up, prepare, and/or mail gifts to employees and clients.

    · Handle occasional time\-sensitive local tasks.

    Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

    · Proven experience supporting senior executives (C\-suite support preferred).

    · Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

    · Strong ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast\-paced environment.

    · Excellent electronic and verbal communication skills.

    · High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

    · Ability to interact confidently with hospital executives, external partners, and internal leadership.

    · Strong attention to detail and follow\-through.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and video conferencing platforms.

    · Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

    · Ability to reliably commute to Metairie, LA frequently.

    Preferred, Not Required

    · Experience in healthcare or hospital administration.

    · Experience coordinating with executive\-level stakeholders.

    · Experience working in an entrepreneurial setting.

    · Project coordination experience.

    Pay: $40,000\.00 \- $55,000\.00 per year
