Description:
We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Social Media \& Client Coordinator to help manage our online presence and client communications. This part\-time role starts at 5–10 hours per week with the potential to grow into more hours or full\-time.
Responsibilities:
- Answer emails and respond to client promptly
- Make phone calls to follow up on leads or client requests
- Monitor and manage client notifications (Facebook, messages, etc.)
- Post content to Facebook groups and other social media platforms
- Create simple graphics or schedule posts for social media (Experience with canva or other graphic tools are a plus!)
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Comfortable using social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Strong written communication skills
- Detail\-oriented and organized
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
