NexGen Home Loans is seeking a highly organized, detail\-oriented, and client\-focused Client Operations Coordinator to support the day\-to\-day operations of a growing mortgage business. This role will primarily support mortgage operations with responsibilities similar to a Loan Officer Assistant or Loan Processor, while also assisting with light real estate transaction support and administrative coordination.
The right person will help keep files organized, clients informed, deadlines on track, and transactions moving forward smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, coachable, meticulous, and tenacious — someone who genuinely cares about doing great work and putting the client first.
What You’ll Do
- Support the mortgage pipeline from application to closing
- Collect, organize, and review borrower documentation
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding items and next steps
- Track deadlines, conditions, and loan milestones
- Maintain accurate loan files and CRM records
- Follow up with clients, title companies, insurance agents, lenders, and referral partners
- Assist with file submission, processing support, and post\-closing tasks
- Provide light transaction coordination support related to real estate files
- Help manage workflow, systems, checklists, and administrative tasks
- Mortgage, real estate, loan processing, transaction coordination, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and follow\-up
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable in a fast\-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Coachable, adaptable, and solutions\-oriented
- Professional, dependable, and proactive
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and digital file management tools preferred
- Do you have at least 1 year of experience in mortgage, real estate, transaction coordination, loan processing, or administrative operations support?
- Are you comfortable managing multiple files, deadlines, and follow\-up tasks at the same time?
- Are you comfortable communicating with clients, title companies, insurance agents, and other transaction\-related parties by phone, email, and text?
- Are you available to work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday?
