Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Data \& Administrative Coordinator to support our corporate team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly through accurate data entry, strong organization, and dependable administrative support. You will interact with multiple departments including Operations, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and others, with the opportunity to learn different areas of the business while contributing to important tasks such as pulling reports for POS reporting and menu analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data from various sources into our systems (Toast, MarginEdge, QuickBooks, and Excel)
  • Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
  • Retrieve data and generate reports as requested by management
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information
  • Perform regular backups and maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Assist with data entry, record\-keeping, and general administrative support
  • Cross\-train in other office functions
  • Qualifications

    Required

  • 5\+ years of data entry or administrative support experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Professional, reliable, and discreet
  • Preferred:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Restaurant or multi\-location business experience
  • Familiarity with order entry systems, databases, or inventory tracking
  • Schedule

    Monday–Friday \| 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (includes a 30\-minute lunch break — slots available at 11:00 AM or 11:30 AM)
