Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Client Support \& Order Coordination Specialist to join our construction supply team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth order processing from start to finish. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and professional assistance in multiple languages as needed
  • Coordinate order processing by accurately entering data into our systems, tracking order status, and ensuring timely delivery
  • Support sales teams by assisting with client requests, upselling products, and providing product information to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, orders, and follow\-up actions using Microsoft Office tools and specialized software
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments securely when required
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on orders, gather client feedback, and promote new products or services
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate fulfillment of orders and resolve any issues swiftly
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer support or client services within a call center or similar environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional demeanor during outbound calling and inbound inquiries
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Basic analysis skills for assessing order statuses and resolving discrepancies quickly
  • Experience with cash handling, typing, and computer skills necessary for order coordination tasks
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles within construction supply or related industries is preferred
