At Concierge Home Care, we don’t just fill roles—we build teams that deliver exceptional patient care. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a key role in connecting compassionate clinicians with meaningful careers. What You’ll Do
- Support full\-cycle recruiting for home health clinicians (RNs, PTs, OTs, and STs)
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and community outreach
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate fit
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Assist with onboarding and credentialing processes
- Participate in hiring events and job fairs (some travel required)
- Manage and prioritize a high\-volume workload (up to 50 requisitions)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, metrics\-driven environment
- Tech\-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn ATS systems
- Excellent communication and relationship\-building skills
- Self\-starter with a team\-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a dedicated home office
- Home health or healthcare experience required
