Job Summary
High Bluff Academy is seeking a dependable and detail\-oriented Operations Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient office workflows and delivering a high level of service to students, families, and staff. Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain and update student records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist with enrollment and registration processes
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and in\-person inquiries professionally
- Support daily office operations and staff coordination
- Help plan and execute school events and programs
- Track office supplies and place orders as needed
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and confidentiality of records
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 1–3 years of administrative, office, or operations support experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and reliability
- Experience in an educational or academic environment
- Familiarity with student information systems or CRM tools
