Job Description:
This Administrative Assistant position will primarily focus on 3 core areas:
1\) redacting Behavior Plans of all sensitive and private health information to prepare for annual reviews;
2\) updating behavior plan\-related data fields in a central database system used by DDD Support Coordination; and
3\) uploading approved behavior plan packets into a DDD member's electronic file once ready and writing progress notes to serve as a receipt.
- Tentative start date will be dependent upon interviews conducted, onboarding completed, and the state agency issuing a PO.
- 2 years' experience with using database systems, computer\-based applications and clerical entry
- Experience with working within a team writing correspondence and communications regarding progress with tasks/projects.

Hybrid position, 80% remote work and 20% of onsite work
Hours: Monday \- Friday 8am\-5pm

Database entry; Google and Adobe Acrobat skills; ability to follow standards of work guidelines to ensure consistency; ability to follow and maintain confidentiality guidelines that ensures the security and privacy of DDD member's information; ability to recognize when support is needed and reach out for help.
Qualification for Position:
At least 2 years’ experience with using database systems, computer\-based applications and clerical entry. Some experience with working within a team writing correspondence and communications regarding progress with tasks/projects. Some experience working across teams in different function areas.
Minimum high school diploma
Candidate with experience assisting special projects and working across function areas would be a plus.
