We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team! Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer multi\-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant software
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools to track expenses and invoices
- Coordinate calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and reminders for staff members
- Assist with proofing documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or submission
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette
- Handle clerical duties such as copying, scanning, faxing, and mailing correspondence
- Support office management tasks including supply inventory checks and maintaining a clean workspace
- Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative support roles
- Familiarity with office management software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience handling multi\-line phone systems and front desk responsibilities in a professional setting
- Prior clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management is essential
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to manage phone etiquette professionally
