The Opportunity

We are hiring a Founder’s Content Creator \& Executive Assistantto work directly alongside the founder of Goodysac.

This is a high\-exposure, fast\-moving rolethat blends content creation, executive support, and day\-to\-day involvement in building a company. You’ll play a key role in both capturing the journey and helping operate behind the scenes as the business grows.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking for hands\-on experience, enjoys dynamic environments, and is comfortable with a highly flexible, travel\-oriented lifestyle. The role requires someone who can adapt quickly, operate in changing environments, and stay organized while supporting a schedule that may shift week to week.

What You’ll Do

Content \& Brand Support

• Capture and create photo/video content documenting the founder journey and company growth
• Manage and post across the founder’s personal and business social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Assist with content creation and storytelling across both personal brand and company channels
• Organize and maintain a structured content library

Executive \& Operational Support

• Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and communications
• Coordinate travel logistics, itineraries, and bookings
• Assist with administrative and business\-related tasks
• Support organization of meetings, events, and day\-to\-day operations

Founder Support

• Assist with errands and logistics as needed
• Drive the founder to meetings or events (valid driver’s license required)
• Act as a reliable, proactive extension of the founder in both business and day\-to\-day execution

Work Environment \& Schedule

• Full\-time scope of work with a
dynamic, week\-to\-week schedule
• Blend of
remote work and in\-person support alongside the founder
• Regular travel required, including short\-notice trips
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and varying schedules is expected
• Work locations may vary

This role supports a founder operating between Austin and Caldwell, TX, with additional travel as needed for meetings, events, and business initiatives.

Travel accommodations are provided when applicable.

This role is best suited for someone who is excited by movement, variety, and being out in the field rather than working from a fixed desk environment.

Flexibility and adaptability are essential.

Lifestyle \& Travel

The founder operates in a high\-energy environment and maintains an active lifestyle that is often integrated into work and content, including:

• Running and endurance training
• HYROX competitions
• Wake surfing and lake days
• Business events and networking

This role will involve exposure to these environments, along with travel, fast\-paced schedules, and high\-energy settings.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in
administrative, assistant, or business support roles
• Experience with
social media, content creation, or digital platforms
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Highly reliable, detail\-oriented, and proactive
• Comfortable operating in fast\-paced, evolving environments

* Ability to travel frequently and adjust to changing schedules

* Valid driver’s license in good standing

Compensation \& Engagement Structure

* Monthlycompensation range: $3,000 – $3,500

• This role will begin as a
full\-time independent contractor engagement for an initial introductory period
• There is potential for transition into a
full\-time employee (W\-2\) positionbased on performance, role evolution, and mutual alignment
