Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires proficiency in various office management tasks and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage multi\-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and clerical duties to support office operations.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as required.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office management and workflow.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
  • Helping around Salon of any needs.
  • Requirements

  • Previous experience as a receptionist in Salon or similar.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for enhanced communication with diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations, phone etiquette, and customer service best practices.
  • Experience in Salon reception is advantageous but not mandatory.
