PRODUCT HANDLING SPECIALIST-The Dumpe Luxe Outlet

Are you someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes? We are looking for a PRODUCT HANDLING SPECIALIST who plays a key role in ensuring our merchandise is received, organized, and ready for customers.

What You'll Do

• ------------------

As a Product handling specialist, you’ll help ensure products more efficiently through our warehouse and store locations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming merchandise
• Stocking and locating products within the warehouse
• Inspecting merchandise for quality and proper labeling
• Maintaining accurate inventory records using our computer system
• Matching packing slips to purchase orders and reporting discrepancies
• Assisting with inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits
• Maintaining documentation for incoming shipments, transfers, and deliveries
• Supporting customer pickup orders and assisting customers when needed
• Operating warehouse equipment such as compactors/balers (training provided)
• Identifying and reporting damaged merchandise that may need repair or touch\-ups
• Maintaining organized records and logs for productivity and receiving activity
• Supporting general warehouse operations and administrative tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count inventory
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and customer service mindset

This is an *active, hands\-on role. Candidates must be comfortable with:*

• Lifting and carrying items up to
50 lbs alone (up to 100 lbs with assistance)
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders throughout the shift
• Ability to work in heat and cold conditions
