Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities
Primary job receptionist
- Oversee front desk and gatekeep for nursing home facility ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for nursing and administrative staff.
- Implement and maintain HR policies
- Communicate with employees, applicants and residents families.
- Act as a liaison between staff and management to address concerns and improve overall employee satisfaction.
- Computer Skills including data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
