About the Role
Leadsun USA is seeking an ambitious, up\-and\-coming sales professional to join our U.S. team in a foundational hybrid role supporting sales growth, rep expansion, and new market development.
This position sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Market Development, working closely with senior leadership and supporting our expansion into:
- Infrastructure and municipal lighting
- DOT and utility markets
- Next\-generation solar lighting and energy solutions
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Convert marketing\-generated leads into qualified opportunities and active pipeline
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and follow\-ups
- Progress opportunities through a structured sales process
- Travel periodically for customer meetings, industry events, and rep engagement
- Target account preparation
- Territory and vertical prioritization
- Sales tools and follow\-through
- Municipal, DOT, and utility markets
- Infrastructure and public\-sector customers
- Prepare briefs, research, and presentation materials for senior\-level meetings
- Convert outbound and inbound campaigns into pipeline
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
- Use CRM data and AI\-enabled tools to prioritize target accounts, territories, and sales opportunities.
- Municipal and city infrastructure projects

- Industrial or professional B2B solutions
- Exposure to cities, councils, utilities, contractors, or public\-sector customers preferred
- Strong organization, follow\-through, and communication skills
- Comfortable selling professional B2B solutions (not retail or consumer sales).
- Willing to travel and ideally attend the Ontario, CA office regularly

* On\-Target Earnings (OTE): USD $120,000 – $130,000
* Base Salary: USD $85,000 – $95,000
* Variable / Commission: USD $35,000 – $40,000
