  • The Merchandise Admin supports HSN, and reports into the Merch Operations Supervisor. The role is responsible for executing various tasks to support the administrative needs of the Merchandising Omni\-Buying and Operations teams within QVC.

  • remote ; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA location as needed.

    What You'll Do:

  • Support omni\-buying teams by accurately reviewing, transferring, uploading, and correcting product data to ensure timely item builds and purchase order maintenance.
  • Execute promotional pricing and seasonal readiness tasks with precision and within established deadlines.
  • Set up new vendors for both drop\-ship and non\-drop, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.
  • Respond to time\-sensitive requests from internal teams, providing thorough communication and timely status updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating concerns to leaders or Omni\-Buying partners as needed.
  • Collaborate on special projects and provide ongoing support to cross\-functional teams and vendors.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks independently while working within a shared Outlook email account.
