Are you hands\-on, detail\-oriented, and passionate about helping others? We're looking for a dependable Installer \& Inventory Clerk to join our Operations team! In this dual role, you’ll be responsible for both managing inventory workflows and delivering/setting up life\-saving medical equipment (PERS) in client homes. From packaging shipments to walking a client through their first emergency call, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring safety, comfort, and peace of mind for those we serve.
What You'll Do:
- Ship, receive, refurbish, and track medical devices
- Prepare orders for field technicians and direct\-to\-client shipments
- Perform in\-home installations of personal emergency response systems
- Train clients and caregivers on equipment usage
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure supply readiness
- Support office operations and client communication as needed
- Drive daily routes, follow safety protocols, and complete service reports

What We’re Looking For:
✅ High school diploma or equivalent
✅ Valid driver's license (clean record)
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✅ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and handle hands\-on work
✅ Basic computer skills (Excel, shipment tracking, data entry)
Experience with PERS or medical devices a plus!
