Looking for someone to to assist the CEO and office operations. Flexible with remote and at office work required. Must have car. Able to travel.
Experience with trade shows, expos and set up booths etc. is a plus.
Making travel arrangements, ordering promotional items. good working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe, DocuSign, Google apps and cloud services, prepare documents, NDAs and other various legal and regulatory paperwork to clients and vendors alike.
Qualifications

\- Computer skills \& Phone skills
\- Manage patient records and customer service experience
\- Knowledge of some medical terminology and office management
\- Trade show booth experience a plus
\- Understanding of patient files and medical record keeping
\- Strong clerical skills
\- Working knowledge of Google Docs, Zoom, Teams, DropBox, Zelle
\- Pays close attention to detail, well organized
\- Medical office or attorneys office experience a plus
Pay: $19\.00 \- $22\.00 per hour
