Part\-Time Marketing \& Sales Assistant

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and proactive Marketing \& Sales Assistant to help grow our business by supporting marketing initiatives, generating new leads, and assisting with sales follow\-up and client communication.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys marketing, social media, lead generation, and customer interaction and wants hands\-on experience helping expand a growing service\-based business. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, supporting marketing campaigns, engaging with potential clients, and helping manage our growing pipeline of leads.

The position works closely with the owner and project manager to strengthen our online presence, promote completed projects, connect with potential customers, and help convert inquiries into new business opportunities.

ResponsibilitiesMarketing \& Brand Growth

  • Post and manage content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Marketplace, Google Business, and TikTok
  • Assist with creating marketing content such as before\-and\-after project photos, jobsite updates, and promotional posts
  • Help grow the company’s social media presence and improve online visibility
  • Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and online inquiries
  • Manage and respond to Google reviews to maintain a strong online reputation
  • Assist with blog posts, email newsletters, and digital marketing campaigns
  • Support marketing promotions and community outreach initiatives
  • Lead Generation \& Sales Support

  • Respond to incoming leads and inquiries from online platforms and marketing campaigns
  • Follow up with past clients and previous leads to generate new opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new lead generation opportunities both online and locally
  • Interact with prospective clients at events and collect new leads
  • Track incoming leads and update project status within the CRM system
  • Maintain organized client records and assist with pipeline management
  • Support sales follow\-up to help convert leads into scheduled consultations or projects
  • Events \& Community Marketing

  • Assist with setup and breakdown of Home Show booths and community events
  • Represent the company at events and engage with potential clients
  • Coordinate neighborhood marketing efforts such as door hangers, flyers, and lawn signs
  • Ensure lawn signs are installed at job sites on the first day of projects
  • Administrative \& Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support to the project manager and owner
  • Source and order uniforms, marketing materials, and branded items
  • Order office supplies and assist with vendor payments and online orders
  • Print and prepare documents when required
  • Maintain organization of marketing materials and storage
  • Skills \& Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using social media platforms for business marketing
  • Basic familiarity with content creation tools and marketing software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self\-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Interest in marketing, sales, small business operations, or entrepreneurship
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Reliable transportation preferred
  • Position Details

    * Part\-Time: 20–30 hours per week

    * Location: North Shore / Greater Boston area

    * Schedule: Flexible

    Growth Opportunity:

    After a 90\-day probationary period, additional training may be provided in marketing strategy, sales support, client communication, operational systems, and time management, offering the opportunity to grow within the company as the business expands.

    Pay: $22\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour
