Refresh Pure Water is a growing commercial drinking water purification company serving businesses throughout Southern California. We install and service bottleless reverse osmosis water filtration systems and commercial ice machines that eliminate bottled water delivery and reduce costs for businesses.
This is a field\-based outside sales role focused on prospecting local businesses, building relationships with decision makers, and closing new equipment rental agreements.
We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to develop new business and manage client relationships within the Anaheim and surrounding Orange County territory.

Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B sales opportunities through in\-person prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking
- Conduct in\-person meetings with business owners and decision makers
- Present our water filtration solutions and close new rental agreements
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Manage and grow assigned accounts to ensure retention and expansion opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer information within our CRM
- Complete administrative tasks such as sales reports, expense reports, and data entry as required
- Anaheim and surrounding Orange County commercial areas
- Eliminate bottled water delivery services
- Reduce monthly water expenses
- Improve drinking water quality
- Reduce plastic waste
- Receive full service, maintenance, and annual filter changes included
- Proven experience in outside B2B sales or business development
- Experience generating leads and prospecting new businesses
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long\-term customer relationships
- Self\-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Experience using CRM software and basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation for local travel within the territory
- Base salary plus uncapped commission

Successful representatives in this role can expect earning potential of $80,000 – $120,000\+ annually depending on performance.
