This role focuses on accuracy, timeliness, and process adherence while working closely with internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment to meet client objectives.

Your Impact:
Model Fulfillment
- Collaborate with Strategic Analytics team to understand client objectives and develop strategies.
- Execute scoring with attention to detail, communicating progress across teams.
- Follow documented procedures to ensure fulfillment accuracy and quality control.
- Track progress of assigned fulfillment tasks and escalate issues as needed.
- Quality check basic deliverables with ability to identify potential issues and discuss with senior fulfillment colleagues.
- Data Entry.
- Support order fulfillment planning by managing assigned tasks and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing.
- Balance multiple assignments while meeting established timelines.
- Provide professional, responsive support to internal teams.
- Communicate issues and possible resolutions across teams.
- Work with internal teams to determine files needed for fulfillment and organize receipt of those files
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0–1 year of experience in an office, operations, or administrative environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to follow established processes and work independently.
- Basic organizational and time\-management skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
- Minimal travel anticipated; may consist of auto and air travel 1\-3 times per year.
