- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills during all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service processes, and achieve collective goals.
- Handle cash transactions when necessary with accuracy and integrity while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong asset.
- Previous experience in call centers or customer support roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate solutions clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
- Experience with outbound calling, data entry, and analysis skills to interpret customer data effectively.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and client services practices is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
