Crosby Energy Services provides contract workforce solutions to leading oil and gas operators across the United States. We are looking for a dependable and detail\-focused individual to assist our Billing team with daily administrative and billing support tasks.
This position will work closely with the Billing department to help review billing information, organize documentation, and assist with invoice preparation and data entry. The role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in billing, accounting support, and administrative operations.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the Billing team with preparing and processing invoices
- Review timesheets and supporting documentation for accuracy
- Enter billing information into internal systems and spreadsheets
- Organize and maintain billing records and files
- Communicate with internal staff regarding timesheets or billing details when needed
- Assist with basic reporting and data tracking for billing activities
- Support the Billing department with general administrative tasks as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced office environment
- Willingness to learn billing and accounting processes
- Strong communication and problem\-solving skills
Crosby Energy Services is seeking an entry\-level Billing Assistant to support our Billing and Accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail\-oriented, and interested in learning billing and accounting processes in a fast\-paced business environment.
The Billing Assistant will help ensure invoices and billing records are accurate and processed in a timely manner while providing administrative support to the Billing department.
