Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Handle multi\-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking accurate messages as needed.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and uphold quality standards.
- Manage calendar scheduling, appointments, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Provide customer support through clear communication, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively in both languages.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using accounting software to support financial recordkeeping.
- Maintain organized office supplies and manage inventory levels to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Prior office experience, including clerical duties, customer service, and administrative support roles.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills.
- Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems, front desk procedures, and office management practices.
- Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is preferred; basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring high\-quality output.
- Previous experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
