What You’ll Be Doing

As our People Operations Assistant, you’ll support day‑to‑day HR and office operations with a mix of administrative coordination and people\-centered service.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Welcoming guests and answering phones with professionalism and warmth
  • Keeping our front desk and lobby clean, organized, and guest‑ready
  • Coordinating long\-term and short\-term travel (flights, hotels, Airbnbs) for team members nationwide
  • Managing weekly per diem entries and ensuring accuracy
  • Assisting with 1099 contractor payment support for our sister company
  • Maintaining office supply inventory and ensuring the workspace stays stocked and functional
  • Updating internal phone/email/contact lists to keep everyone connected
  • Collaborating with corporate teams to support smooth daily operations
  • Keeping the breakroom clean, organized, and well stocked (because snacks matter)
  • Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Providing flexible support to any department that needs an extra hand
  • What You Bring

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Prior travel coordination experience (corporate or high‑volume preferred)
  • Friendly, clear communication skills — both in person and over the phone
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to pivot quickly as priorities shift
  • A team‑first mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed
