Overview:

AMT is seeking a motivated, dynamic, adept individual to fill our open administrative role. The individual in this role will be responsible for receptionist duties as well as providing assistance to other departments in their need for administrative assistance. The ideal candidate would have experience in Microsoft Office 365, be comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment, and exercise stellar communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors, directing deliveries, and answering phone calls
  • Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
  • Generate spreadsheets to use for time\-keeping and enter that information into the payroll system
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks as needed
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for management
  • Proofread documents for accuracy as needed
  • Support office management duties to ensure a smooth workflow within the office environment
  • Communicate effectively with customers and employees, demonstrating excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to operate in a fast\-paced environment
  • Strong time management skills and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Preferred:

  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus
  • Education:

    Highschool or equivalent (GED)
