- Coordinating employee safety committees, investigating safety concerns and workplace accidents/injuries, conducting analysis of accident data, recommending actions for the prevention of accidents/injuries, and supporting emergency evacuation planning/implementation
- Performing Workplace Violence (WPV) Coordinator functions and responsibilities
- Overseeing the Department performance management program
- Working with supervisors and managers to develop performance standards and performance improvement plans
- Full\-time employment, 37\.5 hours per week
- Work hours are negotiable between 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday \- Friday, with a 60 or 30\-minute lunch.

- Successful completion of the Human Resource Management Trainee program (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year as a Human Resource Assistant 2 or an Equal Opportunity Assistant (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- One year of paraprofessional analytical experience and a bachelor’s degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with agency supervisors, managers, as well as other HR Office staff to discuss issues, explore options, deliver solutions, and explain decisions. * Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part\-time, up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high\-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
