About Victor's Granite Counter\-Tops: We are a growing granite countertop installation company based in Salt Lake City. Fast\-paced, real work, and you'll be working directly with the owner.
What you'll be doing: Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, handling payroll, booking receipts month to month, ordering materials, managing Facebook marketplace listings and replies, coordinating marketing tasks like flyers and wraps, managing commissions calculations for sales team, handling personal errands like picking up kids and scheduling, filing disputes, and general admin support.
What I'm looking for: Someone proactive, organized, and resourceful. You figure things out without being told twice. You communicate clearly and follow through. Experience with QuickBooks or basic bookkeeping is a plus. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus
