We are seeking a part time employment/part time assistant manager to join our team. Must be willing to work weekends \- particularly Saturday approx 8:30\-2:30pm is required every week.

Must love people and being a sales associate and front desk receptionist in a healing/health environment.

Multitasking a must \- sometimes the office gets very busy \- with clients for red light therapy and chiropractic. You are the main point person for sales and conversations about red light and the lead scheduling and takign money for all services.

There is also times when it is very slow \- must be comfortable filling downtime hours with office catch up and client outreach.

You will be talking to people about their health, and making recommendations for red light therapy and more\- must have comfort, interest and knowledge in alternative health and healing.

We provide red light therapy and chiropractic services. Training will be provided. must be able to speak confidently and clearly about the services and products and their benefits. Must be confident and willing to sell memberships and packages and make recommendations. Must be willing to take body photos before and after for clients as well use the body composition scale. Must be comfortable talking to people about there body and health.

Must have a vested interest and some knowledge of alternative health and interested and able to make recommendations.

We are very close with our clients and building a warm and caring community environment is a high priority.

Strong computer skills a must \- job includes answering phones, texting, answering emails, selling services and products, cleaning, lots of talking with clients.....

Must be willing to work Saturdays \- other days needed are Tues and Thurs half days with some flexibility \- depending on availability and flexibility and need a regular weekly schedule will be set.

\- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

\- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.

\- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.

\- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).

\- Familiarity with data entry processes and attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.

\- Strong proofreading skills to ensure high\-quality documentation.

\- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
