Job Title: Part\-Time Administrative Assistant (Property Management)

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support day\-to\-day operations of a local property management and construction business. The role involves both office work and outside follow\-ups with service providers and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Make phone calls and follow up with tenants, contractors, and utility companies
- Open and organize incoming mail
- Perform data entry for utility bills (electric, gas, water) and tax payments
- Track and maintain payment records and due dates
- Schedule repair with Employees
- Read emails and prepare daily task lists
- Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests
- Visit properties, city offices, banks, or service providers when needed to complete follow\-ups
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Once/twice a week will require work in the office work (mail, data entry, calls, task management)
- Approximately 4 hours of outside follow\-ups (utilities, city offices, banks, property visits)
- Rest all can be done remotely
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable making phone calls and following up with different parties
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel or Google Sheets)
- Reliable transportation for local errands
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records
- Administrative or property management experience
- Experience handling utility bills, taxes, or property paperwork
- Hourly pay based on experience
