    ##### Job Summary and Qualifications

    Our Hospital Based Services Emergency and Hospital Medicine services lines are part of a nationally connected yet locally led network, one that values clinician voice, honors work–life balance and provides access to the strength of one of the nation’s most trusted healthcare systems.

    As a Human Resources Director, you will deliver strategic HR partnership to our Clinical Services Group (CSG) within the Emergency and Hospital Medicine Service Line. In this senior\-level role, you will influence workforce culture, partner on organizational strategy, and support growth through new and acquisitional programs. You will collaborate with leaders across the division, integrated lines of business, and corporate teams to ensure smooth onboarding, strong alignment with HCA policies, and effective HR operations.

    What you will do in this role:

  • Provide strategic HR support to Division Leadership, HBS Vice Presidents, and senior administrative leaders.
  • Serve as a senior HR advisor for emerging business strategies, organizational change, and talent planning.
  • Support more strategic HR activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and organizational growth.
  • Oversee and execute HR onboarding for acquired employees, partnering with CSG HR teams for onsite support.
  • Manage employee data files and ensure accuracy while interfacing with multiple support partners and vendors.
  • Coordinate closely with Corporate Benefits, Transition Managers, Directors, Payroll, IT\&S, and the Corporate HRIS team.
  • Ensure all HR processes align with HCA policies, programs, and compliance standards.
  • Proactively evaluate HR workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Develop HR solutions tailored to evolving business needs and service line growth.
  • Support leaders in building the desired workforce culture through consistent HR practices and employee experience initiatives.
  • What you should have for this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 7\+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field
  • 5\+ years of experience in management preferred
