Job Summary/Objective:
The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for administrative support such as vendor, contractor, and budget tracking. They will support the Director of Procurement and Warehouse Operations in the performance of their job duties for work as needed.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Utilize and manage our construction project management platform, Procore to optimize workflows.
- Maintain budget estimate forms to ensure accuracy.
- Track contractor usage and costs.
- Research and reach out to potential new contractors and vendors as needed.
- Act as a liaison to our Homeowner candidates for color selections.
- Manage and place orders through our Gift in Kind portal and vendors as needed.
- Collaborate with the Procurement department to identify potential donations.
- Other duties as necessary to ensure the department runs efficiently.
- Knowledge of construction project management platforms such as Procore.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years related experience required.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
