Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented Retail \& Studio Operations Assistant to help support the launch and daily operations of a boutique jewelry and beauty brand.

This is a hands\-on role inside a growing small business, where you will assist with inventory organization, product preparation, vendor communication, and pop\-up event coordination.

Our goal is to build more than just a retail space. We’re creating a fun, welcoming environment where women can connect, attend events, and enjoy unique experiences around beauty and self\-care.

The position will start part\-time, with opportunities to transition into a full\-time role as the brand grows.

You’ll help keep the studio organized, assist with product preparation and displays, support weekly pop\-up events beginning in May, and help maintain smooth day\-to\-day operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys retail environments, organized work, and being involved in the early stages of building a new brand and community.

  • Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage jewelry and beauty inventory
  • Prepare retail packaging and product displays
  • Assist with vendor communication and product ordering
  • Help coordinate supplies and logistics for pop\-up events
  • Keep the studio clean, organized, and running smoothly
  • Assist with studio setup, including organizing inventory and moving supplies
  • Help prepare packaging, jewelry cards, and retail products
  • Assist customers during events and appointments
  • Capture basic content for social media when needed
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as the business grows
  • Schedule

  • Part\-time (15–25 hours per week initially)
  • Flexible schedule with a mix of in\-studio and occasional remote tasks
  • * Weekend availability required beginning in May for weekly pop\-up events

  • Opportunity to transition into
