Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented Retail \& Studio Operations Assistant to help support the launch and daily operations of a boutique jewelry and beauty brand.
This is a hands\-on role inside a growing small business, where you will assist with inventory organization, product preparation, vendor communication, and pop\-up event coordination.
Our goal is to build more than just a retail space. We’re creating a fun, welcoming environment where women can connect, attend events, and enjoy unique experiences around beauty and self\-care.
The position will start part\-time, with opportunities to transition into a full\-time role as the brand grows.
You’ll help keep the studio organized, assist with product preparation and displays, support weekly pop\-up events beginning in May, and help maintain smooth day\-to\-day operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys retail environments, organized work, and being involved in the early stages of building a new brand and community.

- Must be available on weekends beginning in May for pop\-up events
- Experience with event planning, vendor coordination, or retail operations is a plus
- Hourly Pay ($18–$20 depending on experience)

- Part\-time (15–25 hours per week initially)
