We are seeking a Administrative Assistant to support growing law firms with billing management and client communications. This role is essential in ensuring accurate, timely billing and maintaining professional client relationships. * Billing Management: Manage and process billing cycles using Clio Manage, including time entries, invoices, and payment processing.

* Accuracy \& Tracking: Track billable hours and ensure data integrity across multiple legal matters.

* Coordination: Act as a liaison between attorneys and clients regarding billing updates, inquiries, and reconciliations.

* Collections: Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and manage past\-due payments.

* Documentation: Maintain organized billing records and detailed logs of client communications.

* Administrative Support: Assist with document management, scheduling, and professional correspondence via email and client portals.

#### Required Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor’s degree (Completed).

* Technical Expertise: Direct, hands\-on experience with Clio Manage (billing, timekeeping, or client management functions).

* Industry Experience: Prior experience working within a law firm or legal services environment.

* Remote Proficiency: Experience as a Remote Assistant or in a virtual professional role.

* Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

* Reliability: A dedicated remote workspace with a reliable high\-speed internet connection.

#### Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal) is a plus but not required.

* Multi\-Attorney Support: Experience supporting multiple attorneys or departments simultaneously.
