Job Summary
We are looking for one person to run the day to day operations of the business.
This position requires a high level of responsibility.
You'll be working directly with the owner, and I am focused and easy to get along with.
Responsibilities
- Operate multi\-line phone systems, handle incoming calls, and route messages accurately.
- Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure all records are organized and up\-to\-date.
- Utilize CRM
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email and supporting clients as needed.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience with office management, clerical work, and administrative support roles.
- Knowledge of multi\-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and front desk operations.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities quickly and effectively

Pay: $25\.00 \- $35\.00 per hour
