DESCRIPTION
A GROWING BOOKKEEPING, CONSULTING, BUSINESS SOLUTIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT COMPANY IS SEEKING A DEPENDABLE OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO PROVIDE SUPPORT ON AN AS\-NEEDED BASIS.
THIS ROLE WILL ASSIST WITH BOOKKEEPING TASKS, ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES, AND CLIENT SUPPORT TO HELP MAINTAIN EFFICIENT DAILY OPERATIONS. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH QUICKBOOKS ONLINE, BOOKKEEPING SKILLS, STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, AND THE ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY WHILE MAINTAINING ACCURACY AND PROFESSIONALISM.
THIS POSITION IS FLEXIBLE AND DESIGNED FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN ASSIST WHEN WORKLOAD INCREASES, MAKING IT IDEAL FOR INDIVIDUALS SEEKING PART\-TIME OR SUPPLEMENTAL WORK.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- ASSIST WITH BOOKKEEPING TASKS AND FINANCIAL DATA ENTRY
- MAINTAIN ACCURATE RECORDS USING QUICKBOOKS ONLINE
- SUPPORT ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE DUTIES INCLUDING DOCUMENT ORGANIZATION AND SCHEDULING
- ASSIST WITH INVOICES, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, AND ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE TRACKING
- MAINTAIN ORGANIZED FILES AND CLIENT RECORDS
- COMMUNICATE WITH CLIENTS WHEN NECESSARY AND ASSIST WITH FOLLOW\-UPS
- ENSURE THE OFFICE ENVIRONMENT REMAINS PROFESSIONAL, ORGANIZED, AND EFFICIENT AT ALL TIMES
- ASSIST WITH APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING, CALENDAR MANAGEMENT, AND COORDINATING MEETINGS OR EVENTS
- PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO CLIENTS, VENDORS, AND STAFF BOTH IN PERSON AND VIA PHONE OR EMAIL
- HANDLE FILING SYSTEMS, DOCUMENT PROOFREADING, AND ENSURE PROPER ORGANIZATION OF OFFICE FILES AND RECORDS
- MINIMUM 2 YEARS BOOKKEEPING EXPERIENCE
- MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH QUICKBOOKS ONLINE
- STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ACCURACY
- EXCELLENT ORGANIZATIONAL AND TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS
- DEPENDABLE AND ABLE TO MEET DEADLINES
