- Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management and multi\-line phone systems
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and appointment setting for staff and program activities
- Handle vendor management, including procurement, invoicing, and maintaining professional relationships
- Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with human resources functions such as employee records, payroll processing, and onboarding/training of new staff
- Support event planning and coordination for organizational activities or community outreach events
- Maintain filing systems, organize documentation, and ensure compliance with record\-keeping standards
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a healthcare or nonprofit setting
- Strong bookkeeping skills with proficiency in QuickBooks or comparable software
- Supervising experience and ability to oversee team members effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Knowledge of human resources processes including payroll administration and staff training
- Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and event planning is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills and professional phone etiquette for front desk interactions
- Familiarity with medical office management or clerical procedures is a plus
