Our organization provides comprehensive, loving care and specialized services to individuals from ages five to thirty\-five, fostering growth, independence, and personal achievement through a respectful and nurturing environment. \ We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to join our team. This vital role combines office management with bookkeeping responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to support our mission of empowering individuals to reach their full potential. \
    • Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management and multi\-line phone systems
    • Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and appointment setting for staff and program activities
    • Handle vendor management, including procurement, invoicing, and maintaining professional relationships
    • Perform bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
    • Assist with human resources functions such as employee records, payroll processing, and onboarding/training of new staff
    • Support event planning and coordination for organizational activities or community outreach events
    • Maintain filing systems, organize documentation, and ensure compliance with record\-keeping standards

    • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a healthcare or nonprofit setting
    • Strong bookkeeping skills with proficiency in QuickBooks or comparable software
    • Supervising experience and ability to oversee team members effectively
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
    • Knowledge of human resources processes including payroll administration and staff training
    • Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and event planning is highly desirable
    • Exceptional communication skills and professional phone etiquette for front desk interactions
    • Familiarity with medical office management or clerical procedures is a plus
