In this vital role, you will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with housing regulations, and deliver outstanding customer service to residents and their families. Your leadership will help create a safe, welcoming community where individuals can thrive. \
    • Oversee property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
    • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 guidelines, LIHTC (Low\-Income Housing Tax Credit), and other relevant laws
    • Manage leasing processes using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite
    • Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to ensure safety and functionality
    • Handle legal administrative tasks including contracts, lease agreements, and conflict management
    • Conduct regular inspections and facilitate property upkeep using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
    • Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and administrative records related to property management

    • Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles
    • Strong knowledge of landlord\-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and Section 8 housing programs
    • Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite
    • Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
    • Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts effectively
    • Experience in property leasing, facilities management, and upselling amenities or services
    • Office experience with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
    • Knowledge of LIHTC programs and legal administrative procedures is highly desirable
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment
