About the Role

We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our early intervention team, providing home\-based care to infants from birth to three. This is an hourly, highly flexible position, with the option to build to a full\-time caseload.

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers from birth to three, aligned with IFSP goals
  • Address fine motor development, sensory processing, self\-regulation, play skills, and early adaptive skills as appropriate
  • Use play\-based, routine\-based, and family\-centered intervention approaches
  • Coach parents and caregivers to embed developmental and regulation strategies into everyday routines
  • Monitor progress through observation, caregiver input, and required documentation
  • Collaborate with service coordinators and interdisciplinary team members including OT, PT, and IDS
  • Participate in IFSP meetings, progress reporting, and transition planning as needed
  • Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families in early intervention or pediatric settings preferred
  • Knowledge of early childhood development and the IFSP process
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and interdisciplinary teams
  • Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Familiarity with healthcare privacy regulations and ethical standards
  • Valid driver’s license

    Monday to Friday, and the option to work on Saturday if desired (team members schedule their own appointments and have a ton of freedom!)
