About the Role
We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our early intervention team, providing home\-based care to infants from birth to three. This is an hourly, highly flexible position, with the option to build to a full\-time caseload.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers from birth to three, aligned with IFSP goals
- Address fine motor development, sensory processing, self\-regulation, play skills, and early adaptive skills as appropriate
- Use play\-based, routine\-based, and family\-centered intervention approaches
- Coach parents and caregivers to embed developmental and regulation strategies into everyday routines
- Monitor progress through observation, caregiver input, and required documentation
- Collaborate with service coordinators and interdisciplinary team members including OT, PT, and IDS
- Participate in IFSP meetings, progress reporting, and transition planning as needed
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families in early intervention or pediatric settings preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood development and the IFSP process
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with healthcare privacy regulations and ethical standards
- Valid driver’s license
